Step1 Login to admin panel

1 Click on visit admin panel button.

2 Add given login details into login form and click on Login Button.
Step2 Create new dial status.

1 Click global dial status link from left side menu.

2 Dial Statuses, where you can simply add your dial status by simple click on +Add button.

3 By click on +Add button, you will find Create Dial Status form. Add the status, status name, check desired checkboxes and click submit button.

4 That’s it, dail status is successfully added and ready to add to your desired campaign.
Step3 Add dial status to campaign.

1 Click campaign link from left side menu.

2 Click on edit button from the list.

3 By click on Edit button, you will redirect to edit campaign form. Find status drop down field.

4 Now find your dial status (just created one) in drop down and check it.

5 Click on submit button.
3-6. That’s it, Your dial status in successfully added to the campaign.
